So we are on day three of our five day hospital stay. The IV just infiltrated and the wait and the anticipation of how many sticks it will take to get the new one starts. Good news is that there has only been one episode of vomiting since we checked in. So they are controlling the vomiting quite well. Now if we can just get an IV and the next installment of meds in before tomorrow, that would be fantastic. It sucks that we had just been headed to bed when we got hooked up for the infusion of medication when it infiltrated. It will definitely be tomorrow before we are done. But this place is great, and everyone is friendly and efficient. So if I am complaining its just a bad case of hospitalitis. Which refers to the grouchy state you get into sitting around waiting and losing sleep while in or at a hospital.
