WOW! If you ever get the chance to do a mud run.. You have GOT to do it! What a BLAST we had! IT was 107 degrees.. in the shade.. SO crawling through the mud was SO refreshing after going through a course full of obstacles and attempting to run a 5k in blistering hot heat. http://prettymuddywomensrun.com/ handled the heat very well. They had water stations everywhere and even had sent out an e-mail the day before with a explanation of a flag warning system if the heat and obstacles became too much. We had nothing but FUN! I can not wait to do it again next year! If you choose this as your first 5k, or you’re a seasoned pro.. What an adventure this mud run is! Let’s get Pretty Muddy!
